At SB Trend Thrift Store, we sell thrift/pre-owned products. Therefore, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind

- Size or fitting issues

- Color preference

- Style preference

- Minor differences in appearance

- Any reason other than verified product damage

Damaged Product Exchange

An exchange may be considered only when the product is received damaged.

The customer should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order at:

- Photographs/videos of the package

- Order details

- Any other information reasonably required for verification

Verification

The damage claim will be reviewed by SB Trend Thrift Store. An exchange will be approved only after verification.

If approved, the product may be exchanged subject to availability.

No Refund

An approved damaged-product claim will be handled through exchange only.

Cash or payment refunds are not provided under this policy.

Important

Minor signs of previous use, normal wear, small imperfections, or variations that are reasonably expected from thrift/pre-owned products will not automatically qualify as product damage.

Products

SB Trend Thrift Store deals in thrift/pre-owned clothing and related products. Because thrift products may have been previously owned or used, minor variations in appearance, texture, color, stitching, or signs of previous use may occur.

Product descriptions and photographs are provided to help customers understand the product before purchase. Customers are encouraged to carefully check the available product details before placing an order.

Orders

An order is considered placed after the required order information has been successfully submitted and payment, where applicable, has been completed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, incorrect product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical errors.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price at the time of placing the order will generally apply, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payment

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders must be paid for through the available online payment methods.

Shipping

We provide delivery across India. Estimated delivery time is generally up to 7 days after dispatch.

In some cases, delivery may take longer because of transportation delays, courier delays, weather conditions, remote-area delivery, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such delays do not automatically constitute a failure to deliver.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, color preference, fitting issues, or other personal reasons.

An exchange will be considered only if the product is received damaged.

The customer must contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of the damaged product and packaging when requested.

If the damage is verified and the request is accepted, we may provide an exchange subject to product availability and our verification process.

No cash refund will be provided for an approved damaged-product exchange.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, address, PIN code, and other required order details. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information may not be the responsibility of SB Trend Thrift Store.

Prohibited Use

Customers must not use the website for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, impersonation, or attempts to interfere with the website or its services.

Intellectual Property

Website content, photographs, logos, designs, text, and other materials belonging to SB Trend Thrift Store may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and process orders correctly. However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, transportation delays, natural events, or technical failures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be attempted to be resolved amicably first. For matters requiring legal proceedings, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Chhoti Sadri, Pratapgarh, Rajasthan, to the extent legally permissible.
